How to reach the DieselWin support team, how the sign in window works and which policies protect UK players.
Reaching DieselWin support by chat
The support team answers around the clock. In the footer, a card with the words Contact us if you still have questions holds a Contact Support key, and that key opens the chat.
The chat window names the agent on duty; our capture shows Scarlett, a Customer Support Specialist, under the heading Welcome to Support. Before the conversation starts, a short form collects three fields:
- Name.
- E-mail, which is required.
- Phone number, which is required.
Until the two required fields are filled, a red line reads Please fill in required fields. Start the chat then opens the conversation with the agent.

The sign in window
The Log in key in the top bar opens a window with the DIESEL WIN logo at the top and a close cross in the corner. It has two fields: Email, with the hint Enter email, and Password, with the hint Enter password and an eye icon that reveals or hides the characters.
A lime Log In key submits the form. Forgot your password, under the key, starts a reset if you cannot remember it. A flag in the window changes the language between English and French.
Opening an account
- Press Register in the top bar.
- Complete the sign up form.
- Accept the terms and confirm you are 18 or older.
- Sign in and fund the account from the cashier.
- Visit Free Money to see the WinStreak, the Shop and the code box.
Safer gambling and house rules
DieselWin states that it only accepts customers over 18 years old and asks players to play responsibly. The footer badge for 18+ Responsible Gambling links to the policy page, and the chat is open at any hour if you want to talk about limits or a break.
